This wiring harness is designed to work on the aftermarket HID system.
In the market, 99% of the HID kit doesn't come with the fuse/relay wiring harness. HID kit uses less power once ignited than halogen bulbs. But they use 4 times more powers for a short period of time in order to ignite the ballasts and your car doesn't design to handle this short and high current. So it might end up the HID light will flicker or only one side of the bulbs light up.
Another reason to have this wiring harness is because it will draw stable and constant power direct from the battery with a 20AMP inline fuse protected.
