JCB: we offer the one year warranty service for product and half year warranty service for battery, excepted the parts of human
damaged and issued by illegal operating.
2, do you offer the spare parts ?
JCB: we offer 2% of spare parts in free under the conditions of order quantity more than 150pcs/model.
3, what`s the payment terms?
JCB:we accept 30% deposit and balance paid before shipment by T/T; 100% advanced by T/T or Paypal or Western Union.
4, what`s the MOQ?
JCB:1 for sample or Exw, 100pcs for FOB, 200pcs for CIF.
5, what`s the lead time?
JCB: 2days for sample, 5days for 50pcs, 10days for 200pcs and 15days for 500pcs after order confirmed.
