1) The Cxinwalk electric balance wheel(except battery and consumables) will remain serviceable for a period of one year after the date of purchase.
2) Battery will be guaranteed for half a year since the date of purchase, inside tyer and out tyer are consumables, will be guaranteed for one month since the date of purchase.

5. How long can I receive the sample?
A: After we receive your payment, the sample will be ready within 1 day, and the express shipment usually takes 3-7 days, also you can use your own express suppliers.

A: Purchase the raw material according to your order requirement, and our quality check was match with GB standard B: Our raw material component was fit to technics process and mould exactly.
C: QC team would follow total process flow: such as beginning, middle, final period and submit report.
