We are the factory of HONOUR & CONDOR Brand Tyres,
established in 1998, located in Pingdu, Qingdao, China.
We are with 20 years professional experience in manufacturing the Bias Tyres for Agricultural, Industrial, Off-the-Road, Mining and Construction Applications, and PCR & LTR passing ISO, CCC, DOT, GCC & TS19649.
HONOUR Group build tires using only the best raw materials available. With high grade natural rubber, the best quality carbon black, and ultra high tensile nylon cord, HONOUR Group produces a line up of tire products that remain unmatched in quality.
Regarding the OTR-E3L3, becasue of the hot working condition in this area, we have the special design with thermal performance and excellent wear resitence.
Since the beginning of 2016, so far, great changes have taken place in our factory. A large number of spacious bright new plants instead of the original old workshops, the cutting edge technology and more advanced equipments, including the use of Germany intelligent KUKA robots, have been put into production. More and more links and details are optimized and implemented according to the more stringent standards. As a result, today we are a Well-Respected Leader in the Bias Tire Industry in Shandong Province, China.
1.Q: What's about your production capacity?
A: We produce 1000000 pcs PCR and 500000 pcs Bias tyre every year. Now we are building the forth factories for casting .
2.Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Within 15 days after deposit, we always deliver the goods according to customer's requirement.
3.Q: What's about the minimum order quantity?
A: The MOQ is 20GP, customer can mix different sizes in one 20GP. We suggest at least 40HQ,as by our exporting experience, 40HQ container sea freight is more economic.
4.Q: How about quality guarantee of your tires?
A:1) Material Purchase Control
Our Material are imported from Malaysia, Thailand ect. Those country specializing in better rubber.
2) Advanced production equipment, including German KUKA machine.
3)There are 5 times inspection for each tyre, including appearance test,X-ray test, dynamic test and so on.
5.Q: Do you have stock?
A: All tires we send to customers are new tires. We don't have any stock to ensure customers use best new tires and new patterns.
6. Q: Terms of payment
1). First time cooperation, we can accept 30% TT deposit, the balance should be paid against copy of B/L within 10 days.
2). By irrevocable LC at sight.
7.Q: What certificates do you have?
A:DOT,CCC,GCC,SONCAP,SASO ect. certificates
