1. What is the best price you can offer?
Our price is quoted per your order quanitty, but we are factory supply and most of our electric scooters or bicycles we have patents.
2. Would you send me a product sample before I place an order?
Yes, sample is available, but the sample cost and freight cost is supposed to bear by customers.
3. How long time it takes for delivery?
Usually we have available samples if with our standard color. We will inform you the preparation time for you once we get your detailed sample
requirement.
4. Is it possible to use my own external logistics company for the delivery?
Yes, of course.
5. What is your min. order quantity?
Our MOQ is 100 pcs for official orders. But we accept sample orders before the bulk orders.
6. What's your warranty terms?
One year warranty for frame and battery. Warranty is only available to the original purchaser of the product.
