Oxygen sensor collect the data via a ZrO2 ceramic chip which is centered in the sensor prob. It is covered by metal prob shell to protect direct damage from contaminate and heat of the exhaust gas. The air of exhaust gas in the react chamber and fresh air from atmosphere would have a O2 density difference which cause the ZrO2 and Exotic metal plating to create a voltage difference. The chip will send the electronic signal to ECU for further calculation into a digital data

We have our own develop and manufacture factory over 200,000 sqm in Tianmen city with manufacture team of over 80 ppl. We develop new parts in average of fortnight to month. To support us with such fast innovating speed is our R&D team, TB had a long term cooperating program with Huazhong Uni of Science and Technology to ensure constant development of new technology and product design.
1.Q: Can I pay part of the deposit first and pay the balance before delivery?
A: Yes, usually 30% deposit + 70% balance paid before delivery.
2.Q: How is the quality of your products?
A:The quality and appearance of our products can be the same as the original, 100% inspection before leaving the factory. We have 16 years experience of production, the quality is reliable.
3.Q: How long is your warranty period?
A: All products are covered 12 months warranty. If any quality claim, pls send us pictures or videos of defective products,displaying where the problem is, our experienced engineers would help you to resolve.If failed to resolve them, replacement would be sent with your next order or refund if you required.
4.Q: How long will it take to ship?
A: Samples can be shipped within 3 days, usually, normal order needs 7-15 days, depending on the order quantity.
