Q1.Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a professional manufacturer located in Wenzhou,Zhejiang province of China ,with 26years concentration and exploration on the field of auto parts that made us rapidly became a leading company in the local place , all our staff are hardworking ,responsible and professional people who with our warmest heart to provide our customer best service,highest quality and the most competitive price.
Q2.What is the MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 8pcs /per carton.
Q3. What is your production lead-time?
A: Basically,it takes 2-3days if there's sth in stcok and takes15-30 days for the mass prodution if there's no enough stock,Definitely ,The specific delivery time depends on the quantity of your order but we will promise on-time delivery.
Q4. What is the packing details?
A:Normally for the general packing, each one be packed in one inner box with foam to protect,8 boxes be packed into one master carton.Special packing instruction from customers will be strictly obeyed.
Q5. What is your terms of the payment?
A:T/T or L/C at sight are both acceptable,when use T/T,30% deposit will be charged before the mass production and 70% balance against the BL copy.
Q6. Is ODM possible for you to produce?
