1: Design & Development
The testing center covers an area of 2,000 m2, with over 60 experimental and detection instruments and over 20 engineering technicians. Hefeng meets customer needs on product details at full speed by developing new products with the support of professional technical teams and the well-organized testing center.

We establish the state-of-the-art process from design, inspection to production and adopt the cutting-edge production techniques such as mold design, overall performance test, numerical control, heat treatment and production line installation.
3: Production Method
Eager for pursuing lean production and lower manufacturing cost, we apply ERP system and flexibly auto production line to satisfy customer needs on production cycle. With the automatic tracking system on our computers, each production link will reach the overall efficiency for equipment production.
4: Product Testing
Full set automatic testing equipment for finished products ensures remarkable quality of products installed. We are capable of detecting and tracking the production steps of each product by encoding traceable data.
5: Quality Assurance
Hefeng has been certified by the Quality Management System (IATF 16949-21016) and the Environmental Management System (GB/T 24001-2016/ISO 14001:2015).
