Product Description
GX series gear unit housing made of high strength ductile iron, done directly within the ring gear housing, gears and gear shaft using controlled atmosphere carburizing grinding process, and tooth for tooth profile modification and repair tooth helix shape . Main parts using three-dimensional software design and finite element analysis. The whole of the parts are precision machining, and through carefully assembled. With domestic ordinary NGW planetary gear unit volume compared with the carrying capacity, low noise, long life and other advantages.
GX series products are coaxial input, the input bevel gear, helical gear input, bevel - helical gear input; output shaft in the form of a hollow shaft with disc swelling, involute splined hollow shaft, solid shaft with flat key, involute spline shaft; installed in the form of horizontal installation, vertical mounting, torque arm mounting.
The gearbox body uses the high strength modular cast iron, the gear and the axis uses the high quality alloy steel products to become after the precision forging, the end product passes though the strict heat treament working procedure, guarantees gearbox's intensity and the rigidity.
GX series has 9 to 36 of 27 specifications, using highly modular design, the rated output torque from 22 to 2600KNm, ratio from 25 to 4000, and GR, GK, GS series combination enjoy greater ratio.
