Guide rail We use heavy-duty I beam as guide rails for Cargo Lift Platform. It is made of Cabon steel Q345B, with 17% more rigidity strength than normal steel. It could serve more than 50 years with enduring peculiarity.
Leaf chain Leaf chain of MORN Cargo Lift Platform could bear 10 times weight than the goods lift's rated capcaity. With such heavy duty features and enduring use-life, it will save the cost of the replacement and provide top class safety .
Control box 24V safety operate voltage prevent people from electric shock. Equipped with Switched-mode power supply, Voltage display, Inching/Cont. control transform and other functions, it will help you operate easily and safely, and will save maintenance cost for you.

Safety protection
Skidproof platform The platform of goods elevator is made of checkered steel plate, which could prevent people and goods slipping down. Interlocking System Only all doors closed, could the goods elevator. If any door open, the lift will not move. It prevent worker's misoperation and potential damage to workers. Manual Decline Valve In case of the failure of electricity supply, the platform will be suspended in midair. Then we could manually make the platform come down to Ground floor by the Manual Decline Valve. Prevent potential danger. Anti-explosion Valve In case of hydraulic pipe fracture, then Anti-explosion valve will work to prevfent the hydralic oil leak out, so that it prevent the platform fall down. Protect the safety of the goods and worker. |
