HOPSON chemical vulcanizing cement is made with special formula which can make the rubber patch vulcanized to firmly stick to the tire. It is used in vulcanizing process. These chemical vulcanizing cement contains accelerators, when coming into contact with the face gum and any of our repair units or inserts, will begin the vulcanizing process straight away. It is incombustible and suitable for long-term storge, which makes it easy and safe for using and storage.

DIRECTIONS
1. CLEAN thoroughly a large area around the injury using Rubber Prep Buffing Solution and an innerliner scraper.
2. BUFF prepared repair area to a velvety smooth RMA# 1 texture. Do not reclean with buffing solution.
3. CEMENT prepared area. Work well into rubber with stippling action making sure not to puddle. Allow the cement to dry completely, 3-5 minutes.
4. APPLY THE REPAIR UNIT according to instructions on the repair material to be used.
