Main Application and Characteristica:
Mainly used for more fast and precisely heating the rusted bolts and seized nuts or micro-encapsulated connetions, car repairing.
Thanks to the accurately induction heating, there is no need to use a burning or welding torch which would lead to other components heating up as well.
Separating Design: the main part is separated from the transformer part , better for heat radiation , to avoid the overheating of the equipment within a short time, and ensure the machine can work long time. Compared with the similar equipment, it has much stronger performance and much longer heating time.
The device have already gotten Europen CE Certificate and fulfills the European Quanlity Standards.
Including the heating coils which can be shaped flexible and have a long service life as following:
1. Lateral Heating Coil with diameter 25mm;
2. Longitudinal Heating Coil with diameter 20mm;
3. Flat Heating Coil; Coil wrap around the part at least 3 turns;
4. Glow Plug Heating Coil with diameter 14mm; Ideal for precisely heating glow plugs;
5. Injector Heating Coil with diameter 28mm; Ideal for precisely heating injectors;
6. Flexible Heating Coil with length 1100mm.
