At present, with the development of social economy, the country's requirements for environmental protection are getting higher and higher, now the traditional waste gas purification process can not meet the existing environmental protection requirements. JF series high efficiency wet electrostatic precipitator is our company specialized in the smoke treatment of normal temperature and high temperature flue gas. It is a new product developed by our company for flue gas purification. It has the characteristics of small resistance, uniform air distribution, stable operation and high purification efficiency. It is mainly used for the flue gas of acid mist sprayed by lye and the flue gas of high temperature after desulphurization and dust removal. Such as acid mist after lye spray mist, high temperature furnace, boiler after desulfurization and dust smoke treatment.
Technology Introduction
High efficiency wet electrostatic precipitator is a high efficiency gas-liquid separation wet process equipment, mainly used to capture micron and sub-micron particles in flue gas. Under the action of high voltage static electricity, corona cathode money constantly radiates electrons, ionizing the gas between electrodes into positive and negative ions. Particles such as dust and acid are charged when they encounter electrons.
According to the principle of same sex repel and opposite sex attract, dust and acid mist droplets should move to the electrode with opposite polarity after charge. Positive ions move to the corona pole, while negative ions and electrons move to the precipitating electrode, transferring charge to the precipitating pole. After the loss of charge, the acid fog particles can be removed by flowing along the inner wall of the precipitating pole to the bottom of the equipment.
Technical Features
1, high efficiency: under appropriate temperature conditions, denitration efficiency can reach 80% or 90%.
2, strong adaptability: low concentration to high concentration of NOx containing flue gas have a high removal rate.
3, dust removal efficiency: PM2.5~PM10 fine dust, aerosol particles removal rate of 85%~93%;
4, defogging efficiency: acid mist, fog drop removal rate of 85%~97%;
5, removal efficiency of heavy metals: Hg, As and other heavy metals vapor can be condensed in fog droplets to be removed together, removal rate up to 75%;
6, low water consumption: the flushing water can be set up to collect the water tray through membrane filtration and recycling or directly used as the desulfurization tower process water.
7, device availability: relative to desulfurization (denitration) operation time availability is not less than 95%.
8, the service life of the device: the service life of the main equipment is generally considered according to the design of 25 ~30 years.
