- Vehicle cathode electrophoresis
- Japan paco industry co., ltd. is responsible for equipment manufacturing and installation, with the first-class technical level in China;

- The normal salt spray test of the workpiece after electrophoresis reaches 1400 hours, ensuring the service life of the whole vehicle skeleton skin.
- Establish CAE simulation analysis lab, adopt digital car body design technology and finite element emulation analysis technology to conceptual design, detailed design, structural optimization and manufacturing process. Bus body structure design shall be conducted based on mathematic and mechanical calculation and experiment. Presently, our Company has played a leading role in applying this technology in bus industry.
- As the first gas bus manufacturer in China to enter the catalogue of the ministry of industry and information technology, the company has accumulated independent core technology in gas bus, with the ability of vehicle matching and Engine calibration. It has built a national first-class Gas engine laboratory , Low temperature environment laboratory,Heavy chassis dynamometer and Vehicle road simulation laboratory , has a high level in terms of vehicle and engine power,economy,emission indicators , vehicle and component durability and NVH performance verification . A complete iterative closed-loop design process including vehicle performance matching design, simulation analysis and test verification, vehicle manufacturing and performance testing has been developed .
